LIMITED AMOUNT OF SULPHITES
As few preservative additives as possible are used in the winemaking process.
RESPECT FOR NATURE
Only treatments with copper and sulphur or other natural substances are carried out. We control the spread of Lobesia botrana, commonly known as the grape moth, through mating disruption. This practice prevents the spread of the insect without compromising the biological cycle of other insects - an essential prerogative for the spread of other animals on the estate.
ABSENCE OF CHEMICALS
No herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, or chemically synthesised pesticides are used during cultivation.
